New Strategic Plan 2024-2027

We have released our strategic plan for 2024-2027. The plan builds on past success but also reflects new and evolved areas of focus. 

The plan was informed by consultation with community organisations, GambleAware providers, gambling researchers, government agencies, industry stakeholders and individuals with lived experience of gambling harm. We extend our sincere thanks to all our stakeholders for their invaluable input. This feedback has been crucial in shaping our new plan. 

The new plan will guide our work over the next three years, and sets out our vision, strategic priorities and our approach across four key outcome areas: research, education and awareness, services and support, and leadership and influence.
