GambleAware Week 2024

GambleAware Week 2024 took place from 21 October until 27 October 2024.

The campaign, Safer Gambling. Are you onboard?, promoted behaviours that help reduce the risk of gambling harm. They included:

  • Setting limits and sticking to them
  • Staying sober while gambling
  • Making sure that gambling is balanced with other activities
  • Not chasing losses.

Thanks to the support of our stakeholders and partners, there were more than 70 GambleAware Week events held across the state. These events included community workshops, training sessions, roundtables and panel discussions. There was also media coverage of the campaign right across the state.
